The Quincy Carter Foundation is pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Southwest Dekalb Scholarship! We will be awarding three $1500 Scholarships to qualified students. The three individuals will have achieved excellence in one of each of these three main categories: Marching Band, School Clubs, or Athletics. In addition, applicants must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA, 2 teacher recommendations, and have completed at least 20 hours of community service since the beginning of the school year.
